Meet Vanetta Roy: Crafting Joyful Experiences, One Biscuit at a Time Vanetta Roy, owner of Eat My Biscuits, brings heart and warmth to every detail. After 20+ years as a special education teacher, she followed her childhood dream of running a restaurant. What began as playful family “restaurant” games with homemade menus has grown into a welcoming brunch spot where her passion for food and community shines.

On October 8, 2023, Vanetta Roy brought her dream to life by opening Eat My Biscuits in East Point, just minutes from Atlanta’s airport. More than a brunch spot, it’s a place for connection, empowerment, and joy. With every dish, Vanetta shares her passion for food and hospitality, turning her childhood dream into a reality where each meal celebrates community and possibility.
